AFLV sessions of the LeaderShape® Institute™ challenge participants to lead with integrity™ while working towards a vision grounded in their deepest values. This change-enabling program allows for 4 days of dialogue and self-discovery in a supportive learning community.

Participants explore not only what they want to do, but who they want to be. Dynamic, challenging, and exciting, the week is intended to produce a breakthrough in the leadership capacity of participants — benefiting them individually, as well as their respective communities and the organizations they will go on to lead and serve in the future.

LeaderShape recently rolled out their Institute curriculum updates to strengthen the focus on the importance of creating equitable systems as leaders. Both LeaderShape and AFLV believe in the important work to create a more equitable society. We're excited their Institute curriculum allows for time to engage in conversations about identity and equity with courage and curiosity. Through this important dialogue, the participant experience is deeply impacted. The concepts you'll learn can be put into practice in your visions and your daily life.
