Cluster Facilitators

Cluster Facilitators are a part of the faculty team during The Institute™. They work directly with a small group (a Family Cluster) to encourage authentic dialogue and enhance learning.

This role is open to full-time professionals.

On-Site Coordinators

The On-Site Coordinator (OSC) serves as an important member of the faculty, carrying out crucial logistical and conference management tasks during the session. The OSC serves alongside the Co-Leads, Cluster Facilitators, and Student Experience Director to ensure success and is responsible for organizing the materials for both faculty and participants.

This role is open to graduate students.
