AFLV Crowd-Sourcing Ideas for Conference Experience Improvement

The Association of Fraternal Leadership & Values (AFLV) concluded another record-breaking AFLV Central, with over 3,200 participants in attendance from February 2 – 5, 2017 in Indianapolis, IN.

As a standard annual practice, conference attendees were asked to provide AFLV with feedback on the conference experience. While a vast majority of the feedback was, and continues to be, positive, one piece of critical feedback is clear: the conference experience can be challenging when many educational sessions fill-up.

In response to this feedback, AFLV has launched a crowd-sourcing initiative to solicit innovative ideas from our community of students and professionals. Now through Friday, April 21, AFLV is soliciting feedback through the following channels:

AFLV will also randomly select a participant in this process to receive a $100 gift card from

Ryan O’Rourke, Executive Director, shared “AFLV is committed to finding a solution to this challenge and to ensuring a positive experience for those who attend our conferences and experiences. We look forward to the great ideas that emerge through this process”

The Association of Fraternal Leadership & Values (AFLV) exists to stimulate the growth and development of fraternity/sorority councils, chapters, and members by promoting leadership, educational, and values based experiences and resources for student leaders, their advisors, and the larger fraternal market.
