We are looking forward to a great conference filled with inclusive programming and collaboration between campus administrators, national organizations, and students to address issues like risk management, recruitment, intra-council relationships, and liability issues. Arrival & Registration
If you arriving by bus, please fill out our charter bus travel form to ensure a smooth arrival and departure for your delegation. Need parking for your bus? Please check out our travel page for parking rates.
When you arrive, check in with the hotel first, and then come to #AFLVWest registration. As an advisor, you may check your entire delegation into the hotel.
In addition to the Delegation Check List, we've also provided a sample Delegate Participation Agreement to ensure your students uphold the standards and policies of not only #AFLVWest but your institution as well.
If your students need an advisor letter to their professors, we've provided a sample letter you can use.
Just for Advisors
We are excited to continue offering great opportunities for advisors to recharge, connect, and engage. In addition to a “For Professionals” session in each educational block, we offer breakout opportunities. Check out the sessions and opportunities in the Guidebook app or take a look at the digital version of the program book.

You can also stay connected after the conference by utilizing our online community. Please make sure to give your students their AFLV log-in credentials, so they too can continue their conversations throughout the year.
New this year, we've created a FAQs page geared towards our student attendees. It also has a lot of great information useful to first time and returning advisors. If you have any additional questions, please feel free to email us.
The emergency contact card is no longer a part of the conference check-in. We have this information captured through the registration form, but if you need to provide this for your institution please be sure to do so before attending the conference.
Need to Update A Registration?
Until March 30, 2016, you may update registrations online. First, sign in to your AFLV account and locate My Profile, then Manage Profile, and then Event Registrations. Once you are in the Event Registrations portal, you can see any registration you've made. Here, you can make changes by clicking on the small edit icon (which is a paper and pencil). After the 30th, you will have to update registration onsite.
