Registration Updates

You may update your registration online as long as online registration is still open. All you need to do is: log in, locate My Profile, then Manage Profile, and then Event Registrations. Once you are in the Event Registrations portal, you can see any registration you've made. Here, you can make changes by clicking on the small edit icon (which looks like a paper and pencil).  

   

Photo Release Agreement

By registering for the 2018 AFLV Central conference, you give the Association of Fraternal Leadership & Values permission, in connection with any photographs and/or video taken during said conference of yourself and all delegates you are registering, the right to use and reuse, in any manner at all, photographs and/or video in whole or in part, either by themselves or in conjunction with other photographs and/or video, in any print or electronic (Internet) media and for any purposes whatsoever, including without limitation, all promotional or publicity uses. Further, you release AFLV, its officers, director, employees and agents from any and all claims, action, and demands arising out of or in conjunction with the taking and use of said photographs and/or video.

 

Email Agreement 

By registering for the 2018 AFLV Central conference, you give the Association of Fraternal Leadership & Values and its official vendors the permission to send you promotional email messages. If you would prefer to not receive messaging, you may unsubscribe from these emails at anytime.

 

Refund/Cancellation Policy

Requests received on or before the Friday before the conference begins, if approved, will receive 90% of the registration fee.

Requests received after the Friday before the conference begins, but before noon on the Wednesday before the conference begins, if approved, will receive 60% of the registration fee.

Requests received after noon on the Wednesday prior to the conference, but within 10 business days of the conclusion of the conference, if approved, will receive 30% of the registration fee. 

 

Account Information

If you are a member, you must log in to your account first. If you don't log in to your account, you will be assessed the nonmember rate. If you are a non-member University, but wish to become a member, email Kyle Moyer with any questions about the registration process.
