Exhibit Hall Layout
All booths are 8' x 8' and include a 6' table and two chairs. Booths will also have pipe and drape. Exhibit fees vary by booth space. To exhibit, you must be an associate member of AFLV ($400) and pay conference registration fees for each additional person attending the conference. Booth space layout and assignments are subject to change.
Standard Exhibit Booths (Blue Booths) - $800
Includes 8'x8' space, one 6' table, two chairs, and one registration.
Gold Exhibit Booth (Gold Booths) - $1,000
Includes 8'x8' space, one 6' table, two chairs, one registration, and premium booth location.
Additional furniture, electricity, telephones, drayage, extra signs, floral arrangements, photography, storage and other special services must be ordered through our exhibits provider. Additional information about these services will be emailed to our exhibitors in March.
Exhibitors are encouraged to participate fully in the conference. Exhibitors receive one conference registration. Conference badges are provided with name of individual and organization for each person receiving a complimentary registration. Your conference badge is your admission ticket to all conference events, sessions, and meals. Additional exhibitor registrations can be purchased for $250 (inclusive of conference events, sessions, and meals) or $115 (access to conference events and sessions only).
