Fraternal Values Society Individual Member registration is available for initiates of all chapters currently holding Fraternal Values Society Charters.

To complete your Individual Member Registration: 

1. Click here to access our e-Portal and online store.

2. Select the "Login" button on the left hand navigation. Click on "New Visitor Registration" to create your individual profile. Please be sure to fill out the profile information completely with your address and e-mail.

3. Select the membership drop down in the online store, and select the "FVS Individual Registration". Make sure you fully complete the payment process.

Badges and membership pins will not be mailed until the individual member registration process is complete.
