Registration Information

Registration for The Gathering 2012 is now available. Click below to proceed to our online portal.

If you have not attended an AFLV event in the past, or are not the primary contact for your institution/organization, you will need to begin by creating a profile on our portal. Click on "New Visitor Registration" to get started. If you are the primary contact, but don't remember your password, enter your email address, and then click on "Forgot My Password" to reset. If you have questions or need assistance, please contact Tricia Fechter.

Scholarship Application

There is one scholarship available that covers the cost of both registration and board ($650). To apply, download the scholarship application and return it to Tricia Fechter, Director of Member Services, by 5:00 p.m. CST, April 27, 2012.
