Application Information

Participation in The Gathering will be determined through an application process.  The Early Bird price is $250 per participant for event registration and $400 for room & board for a total all-inclusive price of $650. The Early Bird price will be effective through April 1, 2011 after which a $100 increase will be applied to the event registration. We will begin reviewing applications on April 1st and will continue reviewing, on a rolling basis, until all spots are filled. 

Applicants should pay their $250 deposit with their application.  Applicants not selected WILL BE refunded their deposit.  Applicants selected who chose to withdraw will forfeit their deposit.

 Applications Will Be Available Late Fall 2010.
