Form One Heartbeat within your Organization
Presented by David Coleman, Coleman Productions
What makes one chapter highly successful while another one fails? What makes one organization appear uniform and effortless while another struggles and seems out of sorts? Plain and simple, it is the preparation, focus, and attitude of those in the chapter, on the staff, or in the organization. When a group shares One Heartbeat, they accept that no one is more or less important than anyone else and everyone is working selflessly to provide the best overall experience and outcome for all involved. They do this not because it will make them look good, but because it is the right thing to do. Conflict is replaced by cooperation. Doubt is replaced by certainty. Praise gives way to humility. This webinar will foster a sense of ownership and belonging among the participants through a series of exercises that will challenge and enlighten.
