When a group shares One Heartbeat, they accept that no one is more or less important than anyone else and everyone is working selflessly to provide the best overall experience and outcome for all involved. They do this not because it will make them look good, but because it is the right thing to do. Conflict is replaced by cooperation. Doubt is replaced by certainty. Praise gives way to humility.
