Hotel Reservations
Each attendee (& guest) is responsible for making their own hotel reservations.  Reservations may be made by contacting the hotel directly at:

The conference rate is:
$129.00 for a standard (single/double) room* If you experience any issues booking a room with the hotel, please notify us immediately. Reservations SHOULD be made before May 1, 2011. Ask for the Association of Fraternal Leadership and Values Association - National House Director Conference Rate

*AFLV has reserved a limited number of rooms at this special contracted rate.  These rooms are available on a first come/first served basis.  Once the AFLV block is full, we cannot guarantee the availability of rooms or the rate of rooms that may be available.  Please make your reservations early to ensure that you get the conference rate.  AFLV cannot be responsible for ensuring that all of our attendees get in the conference hotel or that they receive the conference rate.  We will do our very best to serve you in the process.

Pre-Conference Trip Hotel

If you plan to participate in the Pre-Conference Excursion, please make arrangements to arrive in Providence on June 22nd.  The hotel conference rate will be honored for three days before and after the conference dates.  The Excursion begins at dawn on June 23rd.

Post-Conference Trip Hotel

Post Conference Trip pricing does not include hotel accomodations.  Participants should make their reservations by contacting the Affinia Manhattan by phone or email and asking for the National House Director Conference Rate (hosted by the Association of Fraternal Leadership & Values).

Our very special rate is $199 + tax.
