Guest Information

Would you like to bring a friend or family member?  Go ahead…Be our Guest!  Your guest will receive a special conference rate of $250.  Your guest will join you for all the scheduled meals (the opening dinner, three breakfasts and two lunches) and the tour. During educational sessions, the guests can pass the time in a myriad of ways from hiking the Sandia mountains to enjoying the hotel’s indoor/outdoor pool. The hotel has many amenities including easy transportation to nearby shopping, the Sandia Casino, Old Town, museums, and more. We will provide your guest with a packet of information about activities to fill their “free” time. Guests are also welcome on the post conference trip to Santa Fe at the same low price of $350.

Guest Registration may be made at the same time as the primary conference attendee registration under the Registration tab to the left.
