Our exhibit hall for the 2012 conference will remain in the America's Center and provide expanded exhibit space with a number of new amenities for our exhibitors.
Exhbit Fees
Regular Exhibit Booths (Blue Booths) - $750
Includes 8'x8' space, one 6' table, two chairs, and one registration.
Silver Exhibit Booth (Silver Booths) - $950
Includes 8'x8' space, one 6' table, two chairs, one registration, and enhanced booth location.
Gold Exhibit Booth (Gold Booths) - $1,150
Includes 8'x8' space, one 6' table, two chairs, one registration, and premium booth location.
Please note the following:
- AFLV is not responsible for lost, stolen, or vandalized items.
- All tables will be skirted, and booths include pipe and drape, provided by Paramount Convention Services.
- Easels may be ordered, but must be prepaid and cannot be requested on site.
- All displays must stay within allocated space.
- $50 late fee applies for all registrations received after January 20, 2012.

Shipping information
Any displays needing to be shipped to the conference must be sent to Paramount Convention Services no earlier than Tuesday, February 07, 2012. Please note that if you ship materials to the Renaissance, you must carry them into the Convention Center yourself - the Bellman from the hotel CANNOT deliver them to your booth for you. Please indicate the shipping information, the date of your arrival, the name of the conference, the name of your organization, and instructions to hold for your arrival.
