
Exhibit Fees
Regular Exhibit Booths (Blue Booths) - $750
Includes 8'x8' space, one 6' table, two chairs, electronic lead retrieval system, and one registration.
Silver Exhibit Booth (Silver Booths) - $950
Includes 8'x8' space, one 6' table, two chairs, electronic lead retrival system, one registration, and enhanced booth location.
Gold Exhibit Booth (Gold Booths) - $1,150
Includes 8'x8' space, one 6' table, two chairs, electronic lead retrival system, one registration, and premium booth location.
Please note the following:
- AFLV is not responsible for lost, stolen, or vandalized items.
- All tables will be skirted.
- Easels may be ordered, but must be prepaid and cannot be requested on site.
- All displays must stay within allocated space.
- $50 late fee applies for all registrations received after March 26, 2010.
Shipping information
Any displays needing to be shipped to the conference must be sent to the Hilton Costa Mesa no earlier than Tuesday, April 6, 2010. Please indicate the shipping information, the date of your arrival, the name of the conference, the name of your organization, and instructions to hold for your arrival. If you choose to ship your materials, please ship to the following address:
