This year, the National Cultural Greek Leadership Conference and the Association of Fraternal Leadership & Values Annual West Fraternal Leadership Conference will once again come together for a spectacular meeting within a meeting hosting both events under one roof. Several aspects of the conferences are being run jointly, including the Exhibit Hall. Those exhibitors interested in exhibiting should follow the guidelines and registration process set up for the AFLV West Fraternal Leadership Conference.
Exhibits are an integral part of the AFLV West /NCGLC program. We cordially invite your company to exhibit at AFLV's West Fraternal Leadership Conference! Over 800 college student leaders, decision-makers and their advisors attended the conference annually. AFLV's conference promises to provide a terrific showcase for your product or service.
AFLV West/NCGLC is the showcase for cutting-edge for Greek programming, technology, thinking, and concepts. The annual conference has well over 100 educational sessions. Our conference attendees are the top 15% of all undergraduate fraternity and sorority members--participants are small percentage of chapter leaders/officers and council leaders/officers. AFLV's members and conference attendees have DIRECT contact with thousands of undergraduate college students.
AFLV/NCGLC conference participants are the decision-makers for both their chapter and their councils. After meeting these participants exhibitors are provided with the conference participant's contact information so that you, as a vendor, can follow up with the key contacts that you've made and make connections with those you didn't have a chance to meet.

Booth Size and Information
All booths are 8' x 8' and include a 6' table and two chairs. A cutting edge new lead retrieval system will also be included in the price of your booth! Please note that this lead retrieval system replaces complimentary copies of registrant lists for all exhibitors. Major sponsors will receive one copy of the registration list for free, and associate members can purchase a copy for $150. Please be watching your e-mail for information about the MingleStick program and the MingleStations prior to the conference.

Complimentary Registration
Exhibitors are encouraged to participate fully in the conference. Exhibitors receive one conference registration with the purchase of a booth. Conference badges are provided with name of individual and organization for each person receiving a complimentary registration. Your conference badge is your admission ticket to all conference events and sessions.

Exhibit Fees
Exhibit fees vary by booth space. To be an exhibitor you must be an associate member of AFLV ($400) and pay conference registration fees for each additional person attending the conference.
