Welcome to the
Association of Fraternal Leadership & Values
The Association of Fraternal Leadership & Values exists to stimulate the growth and development of fraternity/sorority council and chapter leaders by promoting leadership, educational, and values based experiences and resources for student leaders, their advisors, and the larger fraternal market.
We are a membership based, non-profit organization with a 501(c)3 IRS Tax status. In addition to other programs and support services, our foundational programs include the AFLV Central Fraternal Leadership Conference, the National Black Greek Leadership Conference, the AFLV West Fraternal Leadership Conference, the National Cultural Greek Leadership Conference, and the National House Director Conference. We also publish a quarterly magazine, Connections.
It is our sincere desire that this web page will enhance our ability to serve our constituents and will aid in the dissemination of information regarding the Association and its sponsored events.
We will be in a continual building process with this website over the next year. Please continue to check back frequently to see what is new with the website and our content.
