Deadline & Submission Information
The council award, individual award, and conference scholarship applications must to arrive by 5:00 p.m. CST on January 9, 2012 for both the CFL/NBGLC & WFL/NCGLC Conferences.
Applications are received at St. Louis University by an AFLV Volunteer. Please note the following addtional points about awards submissions:
- Please do not submit awards applications before December 1, 2011
- Applications should not arrive between December 19 and January 2 because of the University's holiday break.
- Applications received after January 9 will not qualify for awards. No exceptions.

AFLV HIGHLY recommends that councils not only send their application packets in advance of the deadline, but track the delivery and confirm the arrival of packages. AFLV is not responsible for applications that are not sent to the correct address nor applications that are not received because of shipping delays.
