Deadline & Submission Instructions
All award applications must arrive by 5:00 p.m. EST on January 4, 2013 for both the CFL/NBGLC and the WFL/NCGLC conferences.
Applications are received at Delta Sigma Phi headquarters by an AFLV volunteers. Please note the following additional points about award submissions:
- Do not submit award applications before December 3, 2012
- Applications should not arrive between December 22 and January 2 becuase of Delta Sigma Phi's holiday break
- Applications received after January 4 will not qualify for awards. No exceptions.

AFLV HIGHLY recommends that councils not only send their application packets in advance of the deadline, but track the delivery and confirm the arrival of packages. AFLV and Delta Sigma Phi are not responsible for applications that are not sent to the correct address nor for applications that are not received becuase of shipping delays.
