Awards & Assessment Program

Council Applications

Councils should determine which division and council category they belong in. Councils may apply in as few or as many categories as they wish. In order to be eligible for the Overall Division Council Award, the council must apply in all available categories.

Although the awards applications and instructions may be labeled 2009, they are current since they refer to council accomplishments during the calendar year 2009. The awards will be presented at the 2010 conferences.

Please note that all of these applications are provided in pdf files that have typable fields.  Just place the curser over the field and you can fill it in.  You may need a newer version of Adobe Acrobat if it isn't working for you.  Visit the Adobe Website to get the latest version of Acrobat Reader for your computer.
