Councils should determine which division and council category in which they belong. Councils may apply in as few or as many categories as they wish. In order to be eligible for the Overall Division Council Award, the council must apply in all available categories.

Greek Council Division

Intended for campuses who do not have only one combined governing council for all fraternities and sororities. Campuses with individual IFC, Panhellenic, MGC, and NPHC Councils must apply in the other divisions.

Interfraternity Council (Divisions I & II)

Division I refers to councils with 2-6 chapters. Division II refers to councils with 7-12 chapters.

Division III refers to councils with 13-20 chapters. Division IV refers to councils with 21 or more chapters.

For Multicultural (including NALFO, NMGC, & NAPA, etc.) Greek Councils. Councils may include any number of chapters.
