It’s not about the destination, it’s about The Journey.
Tired of the same old programs? Ready to do something that will impact you deeply? Interested in doing something that matters? If you answered YES to any of this, then The Journey might be a great next step.
The Journey is a service immersion experience that will bring together fraternity and sorority student leaders from around the country in a week of service, immersion, cultural exploration, and development of passion and purpose in international and domestic locations of demonstrated need.
Participants of The Journey will spend the greater part of a week with fellow fraternity/sorority members engaging in service and cultural immersion within a community of demonstrated need. Intentional discussion and reflection will take place each day, as participants consider how to continue their journey beyond the given week.

The Journey is NOT a vacation:
If you are looking to explore the city, sight-see, or take part in a national all-Greek social, this might not be the experience for you. Our time will be spent serving and connecting to the community, learning from each other, and exploring how to do things that matter. You should expect basic accommodations on-site; you should expect that you will need to clean-up after yourself; and you should be prepared for potential of cooking of all meals as a group.
The Journey is NOT a chapter training programWe intentionally have not created space for sessions or conversations on topics like recruitment, new member education, or officer transition. This program is not intended to make you the best chapter officer; it is intended to challenge you to think about how you can use your fraternal experience to make the world a better place.
What CAN The Journey Be?In a few words, The Journey can be challenging, introspective, inspirational, adventurous, educational, impactful, eye-opening, and incredibly fun. And if you're all in, it can truly be life-changing.
